The Puerto Rico's Animal Welfare Society (PAWS) mission is to reduce the number of homeless and abandoned companion animals in the northwest corner of Puerto Rico by:

 

• Making Affordable Spaying and Neutering

• Adoptions / Helping Strays

• Education

 

 

At PAWS, we believe that all animals have the desire and the right to live long, healthy lives. This is why PAWS is a NO-KILL Organization.PAWS is a 501 (c) (3) non-profit organization. There are absolutely no administrative costs.
